• The master bedroom contains a queen bed, dressers, wall sink ,and night stands. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, wall sink, and built-in closets. 

• The open plan living/kitchen area is equipped with birch cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, four-burner gas stove, comfy leather chairs, and dining table and chairs.  There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as window AC units in the smaller bedroom. 

• Wifi is included, and the apartment has access to a shared washer/dryer. Outside, there is a gas grill and bike rack. There is a step-in shower with grab bar. 

• This apartment is dog friendly for an additional cleaning fee. **Guests must disclose upon booking the desire to bring a dog**

• No parties allowed.

This apartment is a favorite for families or couples who enjoy a refuge away from the street, and the privacy of a ground-floor patio under the large maples.

• Chautauqua Season 2025: $1799/week (plus cleaning and 5% tax)

• Off-season: $175/night, 3 night minimum (plus cleaning and 5% tax)
