This spacious two bedroom apartment is located in the Collingwood on the corner of Foster and Fletcher, halfway between the Amphitheater and Hall of Philosophy.

Apartment 5 sleeps four people (plus one on the sleeper couch) and is located on the ground level of the Collingwood with a private brick patio and awning.  

• The patio area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as wicker furniture.  

• The living room and dining area has a leather love seat, recliner, and dining table with four chairs.  

• The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and gas stove and more.  There is a step-in shower with grab bar.

• The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds and window AC units. 

• No parties allowed.

• This apartment is dog friendly for an additional cleaning fee. **Guests must disclose upon booking the desire to bring a dog** 

Because this apartment is built into the hill, it stays cool on hot days. Both bedrooms have wall sinks and built-in closets. All rooms have full size windows and ceiling fans.  This apartment has access to a shared laundry room. Wifi is included. Outside, there is a gas grill and bike rack.  

Apartment 5 is a favorite for people who enjoy cooking, entertaining, and a spacious patio for enjoying the breeze off the lake with a book.

Current rates: 

• Chautauqua Season 2025: $2000/week (plus cleaning and 5% tax)

• Off-season: $195/night, 3 night minimum (plus cleaning and 5% tax)
