• The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and built-in closet with additional three drawers.  The private bathroom has a shower unit and additional storage. 

• The kitchen has birch wood cupboards, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, two burner gas cook top, large convection toaster oven, large microwave and pantry.  

• The living room area has an eating table, two chairs, rocker, antique hutch, and ceiling fan.  

• Dog friendly for an additional cleaning fee. Guests must disclose upon booking that they wish to bring a dog. 

• Wifi is included, and the apartment has heating and air conditioning unit as well as ceiling fan. In the bathroom, there is a step-in shower with grab bar. 

• There is a Weber gas grill outside, and a Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with in-season bookings. 

This darling apartment is a favorite for singles and couples alike who enjoy entertaining on the porch and a quiet corner of the house for reflection. Laundry is available on the property.

Current rates: 

• Chautauqua Season 2025: $1485/week (plus cleaning and 5% tax)

• Off-season (Memorial Day to early October): $130/night, 3 night minimum (plus cleaning and 5% tax)
