This spacious three bedroom apartment is located in the Collingwood on the corner of Foster and Fletcher, halfway between the Amphitheater and Hall of Philosophy. The porch is the "crown jewel" of the Collingwood. 

This large, top-floor apartment sleeps up to seven people. Booking this apartment grants you access to the entire second floor of the Collingwood, one flight up above the street with lovely views of Smith Wilkes Park. 

• The large, private porch has eating tables and chairs as well as wicker furniture. 

• The comfortable living room has a large couch and two stuffed chairs and a rocker, and a ceiling fan.  

• There is a heating and air conditioning throughout the unit. 

• Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower unit. The second bedroom has a full bed and its bathroom has tub/shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom (called “Ye Olde Messy Room” by its former child inhabitants) has two twin beds. 

• The kitchen has brand-new cabinets, a maple dining room set with buffet, dishwasher,, and multiple appliances (blender, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven). 

• Dog friendly for an additional cleaning fee. Guests must disclose upon booking that they wish to bring a pet. 

• There is a washer and dryer in this apartment. 

• No parties allowed.

• There is a Weber gas grill outside, and a Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with in-season bookings. 

This apartment is a favorite of many returning families. Wifi is included. 

Current rates: 

• Chautauqua Season 2025: $3249/week (plus cleaning and 5% tax)

• Off-season: $265/night, 3 night minimum (plus cleaning and 5% tax)
