• The cozy kitchen is equipped with a four burner gas stove/oven, table and chairs, microwave, undercounter refrigerator and additional mini freezer, pantry, table, coffee pot, and toaster. 

• The private bathroom has a toilet, sink, standing shower, and additional storage. 

• The porch area has a wicker furniture set, coffee table, and wooden table and chairs for dining. 

• There is a heating and air conditioning. In the bathroom, there is a step-in shower with grab bar. 

• This apartment is dog friendly under 20 lbs for an additonal cleaning fee. **GUESTS MUST DISCLOSE UPON BOOKING THE DESIRE TO BRING A DOG**

• There is a Weber gas grill outside, and a Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with in-season bookings.
