• Apartment 3 sleeps two and is located on the first (ground) floor. 

• The private porch has a dining table and chairs, wicker chairs, and an end table.  

• The bedroom contains two twin beds and built-in closets with drawers and shelves.  

• The private bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower unit, and stackable washer / dryer.  

• The kitchen is equipped with birch wood cupboards, dining table and chairs, a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and two siting chairs, and a bookcase. 

• Wifi is included, and the apartment has heating and air conditioning.  Outside, there is a gas grill and bike rack.  There is a step-in shower with grab bar.

• This apartment is dog friendly for an additional cleaning fee. **GUESTS MUST DISCLOSE UPON BOOKING THE DESIRE TO BRING A DOG**

• There is a Weber gas grill outside, and a Chautauquan Daily subscription is included with in-season bookings. 

This apartment is a favorite for many couples or friend pairs who enjoy cooking and porch time.

• Chautauqua Season 2025: $1485/week (plus cleaning and 5% tax)

• Off-season (Memorial Day to early October): $130/night, 3 night minimum (plus cleaning and 5% tax)
